All the properties we presently have to rent are shown on our website.
You will note that this information includes a brief description of the property and its attributes along with the Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) Rating. In addition, there is confirmation of the asking rent, deposit payable and the expected date the property will be available (this can be subject to change).
As a member of the UK Association of Letting Agents (UKALA) we hold Client Money Protection Insurance.
Restrictions
Please be aware that ALL of our properties have a strict no smoking policy. In addition, some landlords may impose further restrictions such as no pets, working household only, etc. We will advise you of any restrictions should you wish to organise a viewing.
We are also a member of the Property Redress Scheme (PRS)
