Guarantor Referencing/Agreement: £75.00 (incl. VAT) per guarantor - only if a guarantor is required - charged for each guarantor that is referenced.


Company Referencing: £200.00 (incl. VAT) per company or business.


Tenancy Agreement: £150.00 (incl. VAT) - one off charge for the tenancy agreement preparation/execution.


Renewal/Extension Agreements: £40.00 (incl. VAT) - one off charge for each renewal/extension.


You should be aware that the need for a guarantor may not become apparent until your referencing, (including for any joint tenants) has been completed, therefore guarantor referencing fee(s) will only become payable should a guarantor be required.
